È richiesto un deposito a garanzia di eventuali danni. 100 Euro per il piccolo appartamento e 200 per quello grande che sarà restituito il giorno della partenza.
I prezzi indicati includono: lenzuola, asciugamani, acqua, elettricità - se il soggiorno fosse superiore la settimana, il cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani sarà effettuato una volta la settimana (solitamente il giovedì).

Please note that a deposit against possible damage is required: 100 Euros for the small flat and 200 for the big one. It will be returned prior check on the day of departure.
The prices include the following: bedlinen, towels, water, electricity – should the stay be longer than a week, change of bedlinen and towels will be provided once a week (usually on Thursday).
